The Rafah crossing has been closed for 230 days this year so far. Egypt indicated that they might allow Gazans who are in Egypt to return one day this week, but will not allow any Gazans to leave.
Meanwhile, 400 trucks of goods are entering Gaza from Israel today through Kerem Shalom, including 28 truckloads of cement "to the private sector."
(There has been a kerfuffle over Gaza exports of vegetables to the West Bank; after allowing them for a short time Israel stopped them because of some problems with inspection.)
